Raskin then popped up to poke home from close range just six minutes into the second half as he claimed his first goal for his country.
A Youri Tielemans cross was fired back across goal by Doku for the unmarked Raskin to slam over the line just inside the far post.
Raskin’s finish came on his fifth cap for Belgium.

The joyous moment for Raskin comes after a turbulent time for the midfielder at club level.
The 24-year-old had been left out for Rangers by Russell Martin for the derby match against Celtic last month.
Raskin watched the match from home as he was completely absent from the matchday squad raising questions over his future at the club with the transfer window still open at that stage.
However, we revealed Raskin had never considered a departure, despite interest credited to Copenhagen on deadline day.
The Ibrox ace is now set to continue his career in Glasgow with clear-the-air talks planned with Martin and sporting director Kevin Thelwell after the international break.
Thelwell told club media: “So to my mind, what happens is he goes on international duty, he comes back as a Rangers player. And when he comes back, Russell and I sit down with Nico and talk about what we do next.”
Raskin has been included in the Rangers squad for the league phase of the Europa League, signalling he does have a future in the squad under Martin.
