The 2025 U.S. Open quarterfinals conclude today at Flushing Meadows.

Two-time U.S. Open champion Naomi Osaka (23) is facing Karolína Muchová (11), taking the first set 6-4 and with the second on serve at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Earlier today, Amanda Anisimova (8) upset six-time Grand Slam champion Iga Świątek (2) in straight sets 6-4, 6-3, getting revenge for July’s rout in the Wimbledon final. That was after Félix Auger-Aliassime (25) rallied from a set down to defeat Alex de Minaur (8) in four.

Defending champion Jannik Sinner (1) takes on compatriot Lorenzo Musetti (10) to wrap up today’s singles action.
