‘The Mask’ Actor Peter Greene Found Dead in New York City Apartment

Actor Peter Greene, widely recognized for his villainous roles in films such as The Mask, Pulp Fiction, and Training Day, has died at the age of 60.
According to reports, Greene was found unresponsive in his New York City apartment on Friday, December 12. Authorities confirmed that his body was discovered inside his Clinton Street residence at approximately 3:25 p.m. The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
Greene’s manager, Greg Edwards, confirmed the news of the actor’s passing and shared a heartfelt tribute.
“Truly one of the great actors of our generation,” Edwards said. “His heart was as big as his talent. I’m going to miss him deeply. He was a great friend.”
Born in New Jersey, Greene built a reputation in Hollywood for portraying intense and memorable antagonists. Beyond his most well-known roles, he also appeared in films such as Laws of Gravity, Clean, Cheatin’, and Blue Streak.
