2XKO’s final launch character appears to leak online, official game account responds

2XKO’s closed beta test finally released this week with 9 playable characters, but it was previously confirmed that the game would launch with 10 in total.

It now appears we know who the final roster member of 2XKO will be thanks to an apparent leak.

The X account and data-miner SkinSpotlights recently shared a post containing an image of 2XKO’s first battle pass and some details about it.

Said battle pass picture features new skins for Yasuo, Illaoi and Braum along with what is presumed to be the 10th character.

That fighter is of course the popular League of Legends champion Teemo.

The official 2XKO account all but seems to have confirmed the leak with a cheeky reply to the post saying “how’d that get there.”

As for how Teemo will play in the fighting game, we obviously don’t quite know yet, but we can make some guesses based on his LoL toolkit.

He’ll likely be 2XKO’s first small-body character who relies on his mushroom traps and poison darts to mess with the opponents.

Since the beta apparently won’t have a battle pass, Teemo probably won’t be available to use until the full release of the game.

SkinSpotlights also shared some alleged details of the pass system, which is said to have four different versions.

There’s the base free battle pass, a Premium pass, a Premium Plus pass with 10 instant levels and an Ultimate pass with 25 instant levels though we don’t yet know what the pricing is going to look like for that yet.

2XKO’s beta launched with Ahri, Braum, Darius, Ekko, Illaoi, Yasuo, Jinx, Vi and the recently revealed Blitzcrank as playable characters.

Unless we hear otherwise, 2XKO should still be on track for a full release sometime in late 2025.
